specifications, Chew-chew Noodles use free-range eggs and strong flour, with no
preservatives and processed products. We use the recipes that have been handed
down only to our chefs through the generations, the healthy sauces made from
traditional lard dregs and the spices made of chopped scallion. Each bowl of
