Marketing Executive
Assist in planning and executing effective Marketing campaigns in-line with the Company’s marketing objectives
Marketing Executive
Events & Promotions
- Assist in planning and executing effective Marketing campaigns in-line with the Company’s marketing objectives and positioning through events and promotions.
- Assist to secure sponsorships and collaborations from external organizers and/or tenants in presenting vibrant and exciting campaigns
- Prepare relevant approval documents for event proposals
- Liaise and work closely with tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful execution of projects and events
- Establish and maintain effective communication and good relationship with tenants and external organizers or suppliers
- Provide input into overall event strategy, planning and delivery process.
- Prepare and process quotations and invoices for Finance Department and ensure that all event-related administrative records are kept up-to-date.
Advertising & Branding
- Organize, manage and produce all above-the-line and below-the-line communication for mall’s events and promotions
- Organize, manage, maintain and update information on directories, signages, standees and posters mall-wide
- Work closely with graphic team in brainstorming, researching and constructing the theme and design for events and promotions
- Liaise with tenants, print house and concierge for distribution of collaterals and installation of signages
- Manage and update EDM database
Public Relations & Social Media
- Oversee materials produced by Public Relations agency to ensure accuracy
- Develop creative, engaging and innovative content for social media platforms, the mall’s website and also weekly Electronic Direct Mail
- Monitor activity on social media platforms and actively participate in dialogues or answer enquiries whenever necessary
- Plan, execute and manage social media contests in conjunction with events organized by the mall
- Monitor the media for articles related to the mall and do the necessary documentation
- Generate and prepare monthly analysis reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communications/Journalism or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in a retail environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate poise under pressure and work efficiently at all levels
- Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
- Able to adapt to changes in the work environment and in managing competing demands
Leasing Manager
Generate new leasing leads and negotiate deals from inception to final execution.
Leasing Manager / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify leasing prospects via canvassing or cold calling
- Generate new leasing leads and negotiate deals from inception to final execution
- Prepare weekly leasing activity reports and status of each negotiation held with potential tenants
- Actively analyse and research market trends and developments
- Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Assist in the collection process
Requirements:
- Possess a tertiary qualification of 2 to 3 years experience in similar capacity
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the shopping mall industry, with market knowledge on retail performance, business opportunities and trends
- Has strong retail contacts and good networking within the retail industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Able to prioritize multiple projects and consistently work within tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Leasing Senior Executive / Executive
Assist to source and secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets.
Leasing Senior Executive / Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist to source and secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets
- Assist to conduct marketing research in keeping-up with market trends
- Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential retailers
- Ensure that tenants are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the shopping mall
- Ensure that all leasing documentation are in good order
- Liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreements
- Maintain strong and good relationships with existing and new tenants
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in retail mall management
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Communication skills in Mandarin and / or Chinese dialects would be added advantage
- Well-organized, meticulous and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight dead-lines
Technical, Mechanical
Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, inclusive of all the mechanical- & electrical-powered machines/equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, inclusive of all the mechanical- & electrical-powered machines/equipment
- Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks
- Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
- Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
- Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
Concierge
To consistently provide quality and value-added services to visitors/ guests of the shopping centre in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
Concierge
Responsibilities:
To consistently provide quality and value-added services to visitors/ guests of the shopping centre in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner which include the following: –
- Assist in promotional activities such as Gift Redemptions, contests, and follow-through necessary actions
- Administer redemptions and rewards for promotions in the shopping mall
- Provide gift-wrapping services to guests
- Maintain daily checklist and inventory of facilities such as baby strollers, wheelchairs, etc.
- Handle Lost and Found cases.
- Assist in setting up for events/ functions.
- Escort VIPs during functions.
- Conduct media tours/ handle tour groups
- Recommend dining venues.
Requirements:
- SPM qualification and/or Certificate/ Diploma holder in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel or Retail.
- Pleasant disposition, attentive, focused and confident responding to face-to-face or call enquiries and resolving difficult situations.
- Experience in a hotel, shopping centre, retail, tourism, and food & beverage environment would be an added advantage.
- Able to converse fluently in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Comprehension of other languages is a definite advantage.
- Good general knowledge of surrounding areas of the shopping centre, local prominent landmarks, and transportation infrastructure.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates (SPM holders, graduates from hospitality schools) are also encouraged to apply.
